Victoria is a seasoned business management professional with an extensive academic background, including an MBA from TU Braunschweig, Germany. Since 2017, she has led operations and strategy for globally recognized brands, holding key roles from Account Manager to COO at BlockShow by Cointelegraph. Her expertise spans across e-commerce, retail, supply chain, and marketing agencies, all while balancing entrepreneurial ventures and consulting.
In 2023, she reignited her passion for Web3, returning to BlockShow as COO. Later, she transformed its vision into FORKED Conference — a founder-centric Web3 event brand she co-founded with Addy Crezee. Inspired by Ethereum’s historic 2016 hard fork, FORKED celebrates resilience and innovation in the face of uncertainty. Alongside this, she drives /function1 as COO and Co-Founder.
