AI Pathfinder
Maciej Mazur serves as Chief AI Architect at AI Pathfinder, leading the development of sovereign AI infrastructure that enables organizations to maintain complete control over their artificial intelligence capabilities and data. With over a decade of experience architecting enterprise-scale AI systems across 100+ projects, he brings deep expertise from his previous roles as AI CTO for EMEA at Dell Technologies and Principal ML Engineer at Canonical, where he pioneered secure AI deployments for Fortune 500 companies and government entities.
His technical leadership encompasses the full spectrum of sovereign AI requirements – from data localization and policy-based governance to confidential computing and edge deployment – addressing the complex challenge of balancing technological independence with operational efficiency. Through strategic partnerships with NVIDIA, Mazur has co-architected GPU virtualization solutions for sensitive AI workloads and regularly presents at major conferences including KubeCon, World Summit AI, and Mobile World Congress on topics ranging from MLOps for highly sensitive data to AI infrastructure optimization.
As a recognized thought leader, he co-hosted the Ubuntu AI Podcast and has delivered keynotes to thousands on democratizing AI while maintaining sovereignty – a vision perfectly aligned with AI Pathfinder’s mission. His approach to sovereign AI infrastructure emphasizes that true digital sovereignty requires comprehensive ecosystem control spanning hardware, software, data, and talent development, not just data localization.
